Welcome to the forum
CCA HARDRIDERS, THIS SUNDAY 13th, 9am - all welcome!!
Folks,
Dont forget our first club race of the year, a great chance to test early season form, or if its wet next weekend, a great chance to get really muddy!
Signing on will be from 9.00 at the cemetary, ie usual place, usual time. First rider off 9.30.
The course is 2 laps of the 10 circuit, starting in the layby just beond the garage, finishing on northfields road by the junction with bluegates.
2 ups are fine, just let me know at the start and ill put you off at the back of the field. 2ups have a 2 minute gap.
It will be interesting for those who rode last year to compare times. It seems to me that the general standard is improving and with many more people now racing we hope to see some good times. A great local event for youth as well as seniors and vets!
If the weather stays like this it could even be a first outing for the lo pro missiles. If its wet it might be a better idea to go with winter bike, mudguards and flak jacket.
See you there, oh and if anyone who isnt racing but would like to help is available, a marshal at Wrestlingworth would be most useful. One of the club runners perhaps?
TD.

I went out for a bit of sneaky secret training yesterday for this. And was frankly awful. Or am I playing mind games..? Alas, not.
Richard: I think a bike service might get me an extra 10 seconds or more! My chain currently creaks and groans to the tune of Frere Jacques on the Northfields Road at the mo.
its best not to get it serviced so it will give me a fair chance to take your nineth spot away from you.
mind you with all the hill climbing you done saturday you will proberly tronce me any way !!!.
see you sunday
strappy.
Anyway, might we see some stealth equipment and pointy hats?
I don't think I'll need her broomstick though!
