CCA Youth Racing  - what your parents need to know/what your children need to hear. FRIDAY 8pm

edited March 2011 in Youth
What is cycle racing all about?
How do you enter a race?
Who are ‘British Cycling’?
When are the races?
What should be taken?
Which gears are needed?
Why bother?

If you want to answer any of the above questions then come along to Ashwell School this Friday at 20:00. Richard Maynard will be drawing on his experience as a parent of racers to give an insight into the, sometimes, confusing world of bicycle racing.

This evening is for youth riders and also their parents. So bring your parent(s) or bring your child(ren)!

See you Friday.

  • Daniel,

    Thanks for putting this up.

The talk and Q&A session is aimed mainly at parents of youth racers and those wishing to race. However anybody new to racing might find this exchange of views and diary planning useful.

Feel free to come along and take part.

    Richard
