CCAshwell were present in the form of Theo and Jon, I'll leave them to report.

    I knew it would have been hard at hoghill to stay in the bunch but any way I tryed. Theo held in there till about 5 laps to the end where I only held in there for a lap. It was a really hard day as the other people who we were racing against were national leval and just under. Theo did really well and with time I will up to fitness soon.
