European and World Duathlon Champs 2011

I know I have not been out with the Club much lately ( I have changed jobs and now have to work Wednesdays and have been racing most Sundays) but through those races I have qualified to represent Great Britain in the 60-64 age group at the European Duathlon Champs in Limerick, Eire, 16 April and the World Duathlon Champs in Gijon, N.Spain on 24 Sep.
I know I still need to work a lot harder at my bike work and hope to get to as many TTs as possible throughout the summer and as many Sundays as I can when not racing. Thanks to all at CCA and I hope to see a lot more of you all this summer than I have of late.

    Well done Geoff. I heard you also did the Ironman race a few months ago and got an amazing time of 13 and a half hours. Well done to you and hats off for an amazing achievment!!!
