It is also disappointing to note that Hertfordshire ranks 122nd in the League Table for fixing them. Cambridgeshire is 124th. Bedfordshire 63rd & Essex 82nd.
On a more serious and responsible note, I would suggest we all do our bit by reporting them via this website....
