oh and i believe a Josh Maynard will be showing us how its done ;-)

    Might well take a ride over to Offley hill and cheer you both on. What are your start times?

    this was hard!

    I made a poor choice of equipment though, wrong bike - one of the organsiers advised against a TT bike, not sure why as frame of choice for the rest of the field was of course a TT bike!!! Doh! I've never been overtaken so many times!! Also borrowed some tri bars which half way round were pointing up my nose and finally going up the Offley hill with an 11- 21 on the back is not advisable.... ouch!!!

    26 miles, 01:19:20, 74th out of 96 finishers, average spd 19.9 :-(

    Jason did not finish - I assume a puncture?? Also Josh punctured early on I think. I was willing my tires to puncture but no such luck!!

    bring on the Pheonix!!

    BTW any more spare slots as I think Jason might be up for it????
