having not been out on a Sunday for a while due to my sons footy commitments, I asume there is a middle group of some description ?? 70 ish miles @17-18's???

08:30 or 09:00 ?

us Saturday boyz get up early ;-)

    9.00 for all sunday rides. 70ish at 18ish is the norm for the faster group.
