CCA Geoff Denny 100 Mile Memorial - Sunday 11 May

There will be a 100 mile club run on Sunday 11 May
Starts 08.30 from geoff's , will take about 8 hours and finish before 5pm in ashwell
Pace 15 / 16 mph Bob Swain will lead the route
We will complete the route together.

Bring your own food / we will stop for coffee
It is intended for this to be an annual event in memory of Geoff Denny

The normal runs will still happen from Geoff's at 09.00am

    Here is a slightly modified route from Bob's original photocopy - which wasn't quite 100 miles.

    I hope to be there - 37 Silver Street, Ashwell 8.30am - Sunday 11th May

    If you can't do the full 100 - remember that you can always do part of it and cut things short and head back at any time.
