Hi everyone

Please find attached the draft constitution for the CCA without prejudice
This has been unanimously approved by the club committee and is in practice being used now

This will be put to the next AGM for a final club vote
( 75% of members will need to agree )
The draft constitution will also be posted on the website [ http://www.ccashwell.com/committee-meetings-archiv.html ]

Please give any comments you have to a member of the committee
We have already spent significant time on what should be included and indeed excluded
This is now allowing decisions to be made and the club to move forward
It gives a balance of necessary structure whilst retaining flexibility and the club ethos
