Forum privacy - changes

Hello members
Following a committee meeting - privacy features have changed.
- All discussion categories are now visible to all [again]: in the interests of inclusivity
- There is a new category - visible to signed in members only. It effectively works like a group 'Whisper'
- Membership vetting still remains - to weed out spam and suspicious applications
- As ever, and a general word of wisdom for the web, avoid putting anything on the web you feel is private information - use the Whisper facility, or email.
The above follows the general way of most cycling club forums.
