Tonight I rode the Herts Wheelers E64/10, a fast/busy, lumpy old course, myself feeling very rough but managed to knock a chunk off my PB and done a 23:28........2nd on the night !!!!

Stanstead Abbot mate, it runs along the A414 into Harlow, roundabout, turn, back up the A414 to roundabout and 1st left, quiet a lumpy course, very busy but also fairly quick ;-)
