Has anyone got a bike rack suitable for a Ford S-Max?

Mrs H has gone an loaned my bike rack to some neighbours for their holiday at the same time as I've got a good opportunity to go riding in Pembrokeshire.
It's very short notice - I'm going mid-week - but has anyone got a rack suitable for an S-Max that they wouldn't mind lending to me for a week?

I bought it because it will fit on practically any car (google it).
Thanks ever so much - was beginning to contemplate missing out on a cheeky ride there.
When would be convenient for me to come and pick it up?
