Roads round me were clear so after a week off the bike due illness then snow thought I'd give it a go. Got to Ashwell and found the side roads still covered in snow. Couldn't find anyone so set off on my own. Lovely day, and once out of Ashwell roads were fine, stayed upright with no scares. Went east to Thriplow, out via Whaddon, Shepreth, Fowlmere back via Barrington, Shepreth, Bassingbourn. A cautious 36.5 miles at 16.5
