Punctured bikes at Ashwell & Morden station bike rack

Over the last few weeks, someone/somebodies it seems has been deliberately puncturing bike tyres at Ashwell & Morden station bike rack. There were at least five flat tyres there this morning - including one of mine, clearly taken out with a needle or similar in the sidewall. I'd only replaced it 48hrs before! [sigh].
On the off-chance the culprit[s] is reading this - they should know that First Capital Connect have known about this for a while and might like to know two years ago a man was arrested for causing puncture havoc at the Etape Caledonia.
Has Jeremy Clarkson moved to Odsey or something?!
