As usual 16-17mph average around 45 -50 miles, rotating turns of 2 miles on the front, shares the load and everyone gets to chat. Hope this unseasonal weather continues, see you Sunday

I hope to be out, can do an extra bit with anyone who fancies a few extra. 14 weeks until racing starts again, so you dont want to take things too easy :-)
