I will NOT be riding Sunday 25th Dec - currently have a family matter to attend
but will be riding Monday 26th.
09.30 3 tuns , fat burning ride

So time to negotiate on a one out, one in basis !

not as crisp as Saturday..but honestly a 9am start after Sat do was a tad tortuous......still there were 7 of us..Carmelo,Bryn.Ed,Gino,Jon S,Alistair and self.......4 riding fixed..Ed was still on velodrome gearing 84" 48-15 ......we did the two bridges at a steady pace though Ed and gino broke with me before Cardington to head back easier...Well done Ed....change that rear cog to 18...should give you 70-71" (roughly 3.6 gear inches per tooth)and much easier ride next time........

But tell me true James....have I done you an injustice by awarding you the wheelsucker of the year trophy??? a changed rider...leading all the way through all weathers and wind...no sheltering and no glory in the final sprint coming from the pack to leave us in your wake...please appeal through the normal channels and I'll see what can be done to correct this error... :-)

my chain needs replacing,
and jumps off when I put down the POWER
so yes, do the lead outs now
( until fixed of course :-) )

and Lejog training is about the greater good
( calling the ambulance for the steep climbs ! )
