I'll be doing a 9.30 easy ride as my day 9 on Saturday..........tomorrow Friday will be my day 8 and very easy. Hope it gets easier the nearer we get to June.....it's going to be a tough one no doubt.
I will be there but need to be back early'ish, so no 100 for me, 11:30 in Baldock so depending on what route you go for ... You can kick me off somewhere?? Please

After the first 45m it was an average 18mph.
So we weren't hanging around... especially after
Phill chucked it in 53 x 12 and made me
suffer on me fixed trying to hold 25-28mph. Nice.
Jez had to help me out and gave me a wheel.
A few tasty hills thereafter. Wind as expected on the tops.
Then the sun said hello. Top ride. 73m.

Rode yesterday nice and easy and out today on a club ride 32 miler....so that's my 9 days...just under 500 for the 9......will be out tomorrow making it 10 days and then taking a break for a few days. just the rollers and cross fit on Tuesday...maybe see some of you tomorrow or Tuesday.
Agreed - terrific ride, and Robs you're going great on that fixie of yours. Apologies for the slight injection of pace for a bit; I'd like to say it won't happen again, but you'd know I'd be telling porkies.

It's like a STD! Plenty of Vit C, drinks loads and sweat it out.
I'll turn up at 8am and maybe do that 25m loop and meet the others at 9.30 to top up the distance.
