Sunday 22nd - 09.30 ride

09.30 3 tuns as usual
looks like will be dry ,but windy.
may try something a bit different,
short and sharp ,
( but no one left behind )
back 11.30 - 12

    Old king Cole was a merry old soul,
    He marched them up to the top of the hill,
    and he marched them down again.
    But was it windy as well ?

    A bit different to the normal ride,
    good test for the heart monitor.
    The I W ride.

    Will see what I can dream up for next week :-)
