Workstand recommendations

Been thinking about getting a workstand, something basic to ease by back when trying to clean the chain etc. Any recommendations?

    3 bits of 4x2 and some punctured inner tubes should do for you Jon :-)

    plenty of punctured tubes, but I think that 8 foot lengths of planks might make the stand a bit too tall for me! [also with my woodwork skills I'm more likely to create more punctures from all the splinters]
