Good weather. Probably 70m-80m with many turn offs for shorter routes.

    Last few have been between 17 and 18mph. Not set in stone though, we're just getting the miles in...

    What normally happens is that Carmelo and/or Jez half wheels it for a bit, then they peel off early (lightweights) and leave Robbie and me to complete the distance at our own pace. :)

    Perfect day for cycling. Carmello, Shaun, Mick, Jez and Robbie out to play.
    Out on a round trip north west, then Shapenhoe, Lilley, Whitwell for a coffee, Knebworth, Weston etc
    Over 80m. Think Jez did 105m. Well worth the effort.
