Folks,

i have just sent off our affiliation to the ECCA (eastern counties cycling association), this organisation promotes time trials in this area and often on fast local courses. We had quite a few riders who were rejected from ECCA events last year as CCA were not members. So this is a great way to get some fast times this year.

A lot of our riders requested that we join the ECCA and its certainly something we should be involved in, however there is a price and that is that we help with marshalling for events. So if/when they come to me requesting help, i will be coming to you...be warned.

    doh might have joined if I knew that was happening!! should be marshal free in the first year and next year based on number of rides by club members in 2012

    NO ANDRE ...you stay where you are...it's hard enough winning any silverware in this club without you coming in and cleaning up!!
