    Well done Scouse, I did the cycling weekly sportive yesterday, 66 Miles as a trainer for Chiltern100. The climbs up Leith Hill, etc of 20% were nearly my undoing though. The recent Saturday hill reps club ride helped though. Managed to get round in 4:04 and only got wet in the last 2 miles when the rain arrived.
