Many thanks to Geoff G, British Cycling's regional staff, demo riders Jon & Ed, and everyone else who ran yesterday's track coaching session at Welwyn. It seemed to run like clockwork and, amazingly, the session itself stayed dry until the very end, despite heavy showers beforehand and afterwards.
