    He will be there in spirit, I got him to Autograph my skin suit; I had with me from the IC10!!!
    I can also confirm trying to ride with him is a virtual impossibility...a whole other level of cycling!

    I entered a gala dinner and sportive (Mario Cipollini Gran Forno) in Bristol. Had an evening of chat, dinner, Q&A drinks, then ride 'with' him on Sunday. An excellent weekend. Clearly my mind wasn't quite on the subject in hand earlier in the day!! Arrived 30 secs before my start for the IC and had to do a TT from sign on to get there! Still all good fun!!
