Hello All,

Firstly a big thanks to those of you who led the rides in the last few weeks - hope you picked some good routes !

As the route last week was into Bedfordshire I thought that this week we could go east and do the classic ride to Jamie Oliver's home-turf in Essex - Pukka !!!

Also, for those doing the Chilterns next week there is always the option of adding some of the Baldock/Royston M/W at the end of the route for a bit of last minute hill practice......
