I was out on my own again tonight and passed the same CCA rider going in the other direction on the road from Sandy to Shefford, fairly close to the Sandy roundabout. (That is the last three times I have been out now.)

If you fancy some company let me know as I do find it more difficult to get motivated on my own :-(

Tending to ride Tuesdays and Thursdays at the moment and am riding between 22-30 miles at a steady pace of 17.5 - 19.0

    that was probably Keith Carne....used to race but damaged knees...back riding 3x a week and rejoining the club. Spoke to him the other day. Runs a sports goods company. Nice guy

    We have a few cca guys go that way i normally go on that rd turn left just before the sandy roundabout to blunham xroads its my evening run most nights if the guy was bloody soaked and looking mean it was me.

    just shout out next time i have motivation enough for a peleton.

    I was wearing my rather fetching hi-vis yellow jacket last night and managed to get caught up in the middle of the Beds Time Trial evening :-0
