Club Constitution At the AGM
The club has a proposed constitution to be adopted at the AGM
This has been unaminously agreed by the committee
It has been available on the website for a number of months
Many comments from yourselves on consultation have already been included
The club has effectively been running on this for the last 6 months
The constitution now needs to be accepted by a 75% vote at the AGM
( all other votes will be majority)
The constitution will not be read out at the meeting
It will be put to a vote only
If you do have any comments please give these BEFORE the meeting
Only if the vote fails to achieve 75% will the constitution be discussed
The document is available on the club website
Go RESULTS tab / committee minutes / CCA constitution v10
This is a formality we need to address , however
It is my intention to move swiftly on to get us to more interesting subjects
Like Cycling !
