Gower Festival of Cycling 15-22 September
Dear all,
See below for some info on the Gower festival of cycling. The Gower has some of the most beautiful scenery in Britain and is in cycling distance of the Brecon Beacons and Pembrokeshire coast.

Dear Alasdair,
I am casting the net round my UK contacts to let them know about the Gower Cycling Festival, which is from 15-22 September, so I had to include you. (You may have noticed that I mentioned it a while back on the RtR Forum.)
It comprises 22 led rides ranging from gentle a few miles mostly avoiding hills to challenging a hilly 30+ miles (with one over 70 miles). And there are moderate rides in between, also three for mountain bikers. Details are on http://www.gowercyclingfestival.org/.
This will be the third of these annual Festivals. The others have been well attended but mainly by locals. We are keen to get more people from distant lands (such as Cantab!) to come and make a Gower holiday of it. The availability of accommodation in September is one reason for holding it then.
It occurs to me that you might make this an excuse for a break I would of course be only too pleased if you did. But in any case perhaps you could pass the word and this link to potentially interested contacts.
I hope things are working out for you and that you are well.
Regards,
David
