Thanks Tim and thanks to Robert for his help, allowing for a normal TT to run, being held up etc, many thanks fellas, just call me Mr Consistant !!! ;-(. since coming in to the 22's I've stayed there BUT I need to find another 15-20 seconds...........any help would be much appreciated !!!! WELL DONE to ALL the guys n girls that rode and congrats to ALL that rode a PB, always a bonus ;-)

fantastic evening for a 1st TT but really enjoyed it,

tim asking me if it was my first then saying at least you'll ride a pb really stuck with me.

its certainly not flat, what gears best for last 3rd ;)

In the style of Chris Boardman's classic hour record, I'm going to claim a PB -T to for my fastest time on a standard road bike (without Tri-bars) !

Just out of interest, anybody know the fastest time for a standard bike on our course ? short 26ish?
