end of season Ride for newbies to this
As a club coach I have been asked to take a basic introduction to the Chain Gang ride.
The technique for riding this smoothly can be done at an easy pace so if anyone is interested in learning how to do this smoothly then roll along to The Three Tuns at 6.45 pm THIS Tuesday 21st and we can roll on to the circuit and do some practice.
The whole basis is to share work load and shelter until your turn at front.

Contemplating riding over from Sandy. But obviously won't if it will be getting dark on the way home :0)
Felt really easy to maintain a good pace - though maybe that was partly because I was concentrating so hard on doing the right thing that I didn't feel my legs at all
Very good of you to spend the time with us. It was very informative and I learnt a lot.
Even with the four we had you could feel the effect - can imagine it is awesome when you are more experienced abd there are more of you.
