42 tooth chainring?

It's a bit of a long shot, but does anyone have a 42 tooth chainring that would fit the Miche Young chainset supplied on an Islabike Reis track bike? Doesn't matter if it's 3/32" or 1/8" width. The BCD is 116, so it's an unusual size.
