    Thanks guys, would have wanted to go under 22 but it wasn't too be. The course started with a gradual incline then a hill, I managed to stay on the tri bars however the gradient was very steep meaning I had to get out of the saddle. I soon came to the roundabout which was the turning point in a time of 11:24 and from then on it was an undulating road to the finish. I came in at 3rd 16 year old boy and 7th overall. I would like to thank everyone for their support especially Mark Fraser for the lending of his disc wheel and Carmelo for the lending of his front zipp, finally I'd like to thank my coach Mark.

    Bit tired now after doing an extra 30 miles on top of the nasties club run ;-)
