AGM friday - All you Need to know

The AGM will be held in the Parish rooms
( next to the Ashwell Museum )
Starts 7.30pm prompt, be there 5 / 10 mins before
Will finish 10pm prompt , we will then go to the pub for a chat
( Rose + Crown )

Please see other forum points for the agenda and more detail / explanation on some of the issues

The formal stuff will not be discussed but put to a vote
These have been discussed by the committee and need the club to adopt ( hopefully )
These include
Club constitution / re election of the committee / club fees

There is then the Ashwell Cycle Park
This is a big step for the club
We are looking for a club mandate to investigate this further
There will be key steps which will require approval from the committee
These include
planning / funding / lease / building / maintenance
There are two clear arguments on this
Keep the club inclusive put do not have long term commitments / develop a facility for the youth , club members and local clubs
