Activity weekend at Calshot Velodrome

I have been looking into the possibility of organising a Cycle Club activity weekend, based around the velodrome at Calshot, Southampton on 27th/28th April 2013.
The velodrome down there, for those of you who have never been, is in a massive hanger, on the beach, overlooking Southampton Water and the Isle of White. The hanger is also home to the biggest indoor climbing wall in the South of England, an indoor dry ski slope and hosts a multitude of water and land-based activities.
A weekend course starting Saturday 10.00am and finishing Sunday afternoon, with 2 velodrome sessions, and 2 other activities (climbing/kayaking/shooting/archery etc) would cost approx £190 pp including overnight accommodation and meals. This is the price for under 18's. Adults come in at approx £225pp. It is possible to stay for an extra night for approx £25pp B&B.
For those coming down and not taking part in the organised activities then it would cost about £55 for meals and overnight accommodation for the Saturday night.
My thoughts are to try and make this a youth session, to introduce kids to the velodrome and also allow those with some experience to take part in some training and low key competition. It could also be open to adult riders in the club who either want to ride out in the New Forest/along the coast and also have a go on the velodrome.
Can people let me know if this is something they are interested in so I can make a provisional booking.
