Welcome to the forum
Black Pig, Sunday 28 October
Got all the charts in order and route planned, so no moaning, groaning, wading, paddling - or mutinous talk - on offer this week, I know some crewmen will be glad of this. A steady 45/50 miles at an early autumn pace, around 17 mph, leave at 9.30 return for coffee at the Tuns around 12.30. Punctures this week will optional, not a definate, so come along me hearties and join the crew. Normal 5 minute rotations on the front make for a more convivial ride and allows the new crew members to get to know everyone else. We set sail promptly at 9.30 from the Tuns, Ashwell High Street, see you there.

= you get one more hour in bed.
So for anyone on any of the Sunday rides you can either join the crowds or avoid altogether.
Good to hear will last past first puddle
Still sure I can find something to debate about
No grog this week so no excuses
( did come down with the plague though afterwards )
still there it is just by my lips ............

all the charts , all the chat , no show
something about hugging a tree
Good ride with plenty of crew members
not sure of stats about 40 miles at about 17ish back for 12.30
Barkway / Chrishall / Fowlmere I think ..... just keep turning left
they where even flying a jolly roger for us on the route
good solid winter riding with rotational bliss thrown in
See you next week for a new adventure
perhaps "go west young man" for a change
don't knock it until you have tried it
