Regional cyclocross championship

A quick note that today is the closing date for entries for the Eastern regional cyclocross championship which will be held on Sunday 9th December in Beckenham.

It's not an Eastern league event, and all riders (apart from Under 12s) need to enter online via the British Cycling website. All the info is here: https://www.britishcycling.org.uk/events/details/83223/East-&-South-East-Cyclo-Cross-Championships

Note that Under 12s must sign up on the day instead.

    Really good event. Tough course as it was so wet and muddy especially on the open field section. A few get offs in the woods as well made it interesting.

    Good showing from CCA so far from home.

    In the juniors James Fraser 13th Felix Feld 25th Their cct was part of the adult course and had a big ditch and log hurdles to get over. No gridding or course familiarisation. Eastern leaugue definitely better here.

    Lottie Dyce 39th in youth race. This was on the full adult course.

    Vets Craig Dyce 21st Mark Wyer 25th Me 30th

    Jackie Field was 8th overall in the womens race but was 2nd vet. Anna Fraser was down as DNF but this is incorect. BC have not sorted this on their website at time of writing.

    Great results folks. And impressive commitment to go that far in this weather! Im afraid the Duckett family commitment is rather less strong!
