Hi Folks, im around this Sunday so can navigate a club run. Usual stuff, 40 miles max, 16 ish. Was thinking of something lumpy probably based around the Barkway road circuit.
5 joined Tim for a ride through gloomy weather, but fine company. I enjoyed being with Tim, Robbie, James, Iain and Mark. Did almost exactly 40 miles based on the Barkway circuit. We managed to avoid the potholes and arrived all back safely.

I think it was you that gave me the link to the site that sells Gios parts and accessories amongst other useful items. I've looked it up and it's very worthwhile - thank you for taking the trouble to do that as this kit is hard to find and Gios don't seem to have an agency in the UK anymore.

Here is a photo of a Gios modified by The Fred Whitton challenge; I am not entirely sure it was intentional. Still a short wheelbase should help with climbing but this seems rather extreme!

(now realising that my 1st crash could have been a lot worse. Helmet was in bits, but bike pretty much intact. Way to go, Verenti!)
