11 out for a cold start over to see Theo racing somewhere near Chishall way (?). Thank you to Rupert for helping me out with the two (!) chain breaks and for everyone else for hanging around while we fixed. it. Hope you all got there OK. I'm off to buy a KMC (good old german engineering) chain and dump the shimano tin-foil job.

    Big thanks to carmello for the route.

    Bit cold to start but after 1 puncture 2 chain breaks and few hills we were warm enough (kmc chain for sure Iain).

    Good to see the young guns storming up the hill toward the finish line going well done lads.
    carmello set a blistering pace home just managed to stay on his wheel heart rate 180 at times ouch.

    got home with 65 miles @ 17.5.

    Still can't get over how many strong riders we have in this club at all ages....Racing is just another step away..do it!

    Guys is this pace / distance standard for your Sunday ride?
    If so would be great to join in a couple of weeks (after I'm back from skiing)
