Cycling friendly B and B out west...
Hello chaps and chapessesses.
Just wondering if anybody knew of a reasonably priced B and B or hotel around the Swindon sort of area (obviously not in Swindon) that is welcoming to cyclists and dog owners?
I'm accompanying my cousin on a charity ride from south London to Monmouth over the Easter weekend in aid of cancer research (if anybody feels the need to check out the charities and reasons behind it, visit https://www.justgiving.com/jack-grey2/ and https://www.justgiving.com/jack-grey1). My folks are offering their services as a support car and bringing the dog too. I guess if we run out of food she'll make a good source of protein.
Any help/advice for a nightly stop would be most appreciated.
Thanks!
Will

holiday cottage
but for a long weekend, i'm not sure if they will do 1 night stays. its basic but friendly to dogs and cyclists...
even if it doesnt work out, that area is good to aim for, nice roads, not much traffic, scenic - theres some pretty villages in the cotswold water park that will have b+b's i'm, sure

Cheers Stef, will give them a bell and see if I can twist their arms. Who knows, we might have eaten the dog by then so it won't be a problem.
