heads up planning a ride for the BH Monday
So start making your excuses now
Homebase and the tin of paint can wait
back for 12.30 , about 40 miles
subject to weather of course

    Steady club run pace for second day running, 40 miles @ 16 mph.
    Still waiting for the sunny, warmer days.
