    Great ride today....well wind and rain on the way out to Sharpenhoe.....
    And some wind on the way back, with some lovely sunshine.
    Pity the "ride leader" wimped out of doing the whole route ;)

    We arrived back as exactly the same time as Bob's ride.

    How rude! Technically I think you will will find that I'd done the complete route already by cycling up from Baldock pre-start :-)

    Was indeed a great route although we seemed to do a lot of it 'off piste' !! Even the rain didn't seem to damp our enthusiasm for sharpenhoe clappers !!

    No idea on the final stats, but probably something like 42 @ just a shade under 16??

    There were far too many out yesterday for one ride, so i joined Bob and 10 others for the steady ride out Duxford.
    Amazingly, we arrived back at the Tuns at the same time as David's group, having cycled 'something like 42 @ just a shade under 16?' too!

    Good ride yesterday, thanks David. My stats were 44 miles @ 15.9mph, after I cycled to the start from Hitchin and left the group at Ickleford.
