Campag and Shimano parts for sale

I am in the process of building up a new winter bike and the second hand frame I have bought has a mix of Campag and Shimano, neither of which I will be using. If anybody wants the following parts let me know, if not they'll be going on eBay:

Campag Chorus rear derailleur 10 speed (looks relatively new to me)
Campag Record brake levers and shifters (look a few years old)
Ultegra front derailleur (looks a fair few years old)
105 brakeset

I was just going to put them as an auction on eBay so if they are of use to anyone make me an offer.

Forgot to add that there is a 105 Chainset (53/39) also available.
