Oops, just realised I hadn't posted up a ride for tomorrow!

So here it is, an slightly extended Essex loop. Nice couple of rollers too for anybody who needs some 11th hour Chiltern 100 practice !

    Ten of us out for a great tour of the Essex and cambs countryside. All three groups this morning started out going across the 505 at slip end so a couple of riders jumped ship from the intermediate and joined on with us.

    A good pace was set to Clavering and we were all together apart from AdamR who made hard work of a slight incline by doing it with his back brake jammed on! Bit more lumpy past Clavering with a few people being caught out by the cheeky rise to the mast at littlebury green ( but a least Roy could get a good phone reception for his call up from sky's DaveB)

    All back together to Ashwell for the compulsory try to catch Emma sprint to the village sign. Nathaniel just piped her at the post though.

    Thanks all for a great ride and congrats to Gwen and Gail for surviving their first hilly Sat ride!
