This is the route (possibly for the grown ups race, we're all doing the kids version which I think is the same route but with less laps).

Plus, it doesn't start till midday, so you've got plenty of time to make the Sunday club run into a 100 miler with a nice big break to come and shout encouragement and hand out bottles of flat coke to all surviving CCA riders...
