Alps Cycle Tour

edited June 2013 in General
Hi. Can anybody recommend a company who offer guided / supported cycle trips in the Alps. Was hoping for around 4 or 5 days of cycling taking in the classic cols but so many companies to choose from. Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers Andy

  • if you can get a pitch in a campsite near bourg d'oisans you can do most of the big cols from there... d'huez, galibier, croix de fer, glandon, telegraphe, and then there's a few on the other side of the valley that are a bit of a shocker too, easily enough to fill 4 or 5 days...
  • Andy ..these guys are brilliant and do Alps ...Pyrenees all sorts. Rob Williamson is English but lives on Tourmalet in Pyrennes but often does Alps....tell him what your after and he'll sort it out....it's great to do a trip where you stay in different places...one of his specialities is Alps to Pyrenees..awesome....I did Rain Pyrenean last year and was one of the cycling highlights of my life!
