Weather set fair,

so slightly longer voyage this time ,

say 60 miles,

back in plenty of time for a good lunch, around 1.00

    60 miles at 17 mph

    will bring some potion in 2 weeks for anyone to try
    all natural stuff ...........unlike those gels

    So lots of leading , closing gaps and a cheeky pop over the line
    better than the stuff Lance used :-)

    Lovely morning in the saddle, good crew as usual, sun shining, puncture free, what's not to like?
    Pugwash Potion and secret training around the Spanish Main in evidence,
    Some cramp in the sunshine, too much grog for Big Nick the night before,
    Tony the Bullet obviously put in extra training in the gym,
    Jake's chain gang ride put speed in the legs,
    Everton Hill a mere pimple for the Blue Train,
