The CTT have launched a website in an effort to get more cyclists interested in trying time trialling.

There is also a documentary due to be aired at 4pm today on Eurosport and will be repeated during the TDF coverage, info about it here, which follows two ordinary TTers and Alex Dowsett.
Great to see CTT trying to get more involvement but it's also a bit late, should have been done years ago.
