Hi all,

Hope I'm not being too controversial, but as tomorrow is going to be so nice, amd I've wanted to do a longer ride for ages, Alison and I are going to do a slightly longer route. It is flat, but 48 miles @ 14-15mph. Because of the length, we are starting from Alisons at 9.00am prompt. Anyone who wants to come and join us is more than welcome, otherwise enjoy the Orwell loop ride...looks very nice!

7 of us out doing Paul's longer route.
Great ride and challenging for those of us (me) who find the normal 25 - 30 miles more than enough.

We did manage a fairly constant pace throughout with an average of 14.4

Thanks guys for making sure I stayed with you throughout - even if I only managed 45 miles rather than the full 48.
