Yes, a great day out yesterday. Hope Samuel was ok after his almighty tumble. Tough kid. Oh and he was third in the under 8s omnium and has a cash prize!

I often write brief report of events like this but just don't have time to do it at the moment. I had to leave two-thirds of the way through the programme anyway.
