Today I raced the E2/50 and completed it in 1:53:03, it was quite a windy one and the last 10 mile was REALLY tough !!

    Coincidentally think I may have set a club record for the slowest 50 miles today, almost 5 hours... Shocking, although in my defence Alpe D'Huez and 2 other climbs were involved, along with 30 deg heat, a large lunch and lots of photo stops. Likewise the last 10 miles were horrible!
